Do we automatically collect your PD when you enter

We do not personally collect your PD automatically upon your arrival at our websites. However, our websites are powered by Squarespace and shopify hence their use are subject to the individual platfomr's policies. Please see below for direct links.

When do we collect your PD information?

When you first enter the main website, a Cookie Alert Message is presented to you on the top of the site. If you choose to accept, some of these cookies may contain your PD. If you do nothing, Squarespace will not send analytics cookies to you and the message will remain on top of website throughout the durance of your visit on the main website. 

We will also collect necessary PD when you choose to contact us about our services, products, to ask a question , to book an appointment, to subscribe our newsletter, to reach us via social media such as Instagram, or to email us. 

If you visit the online catalog, you will subject to Shopify's privacy policy.

What type of information is collected from you?

We only collection information that is needed to conduct a specific task, such as to contact you in response to your inquiry or to process a payment for an order you place online. The specific information required is listed in the specific form you choose to contact us. For general inquiry, you are asked to fill out this form; To book an appointment, you will email us by filling out this form; You can subscribe the newsletter here. If you choose to contact us via social media, such as Instagram, or to email us directly, we might ask you to submit your PD, such as your name, your title, and what company you work for, in order to properly address your inquiry.

How do we use your information?

We use the information we collect from you when you make a purchase or fill out form in the following ways:

  • receive/reply to an enquiry that you have made
  • process appointments that you have booked
  • Notify you when new appointment slots become available
  • Email you when new print collections become available 
  • Update you with studio news and events
  • process payments that you have made
  • carry out our obligations arising from any contracts entered into by you and us
  • seek your views or comments on the services we provide
  • notify you of changes to our services and policies

  • We will only contact you using email communication unless you provide us with your cellphone and wish to receive alert via SMS. 

In addition, we may choose to use NPD about you such as IP address, device type or geographical location in order to monitor activity on our website to better understand how our website is being used, and what countries our visitors come from. As of this update, we have decided to disable such analytics provided by Squarespace.  We will continue to track certain data using Google Analytics; for further information, see the  Google Analytics privacy policies. However, we do not match your IP address to any other information that would identify you as a unique individual person.

How long do we retain your PD?

We will hold your personal information on our Mailchimp systems for as long as is necessary to provide our services, to have a legal or contractual need to retain the date, or until such time as you request that we delete your information. When your information is no longer needed, we will either delete or anonymize it or,  if this is not possible (for example, because your PD has been stored in a Mailchimp backup archives), then we will rely on Maichimp to securely store your PD and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

Is our website secure?

Our website is hosted by and SSL certified. Squarespace uses 2048 bit SSL encryption on all pages except checkout pages that uses 128 bit SSL encryption instead to ensure customers' credit card data safe and secure.

Where are your PD stored?

When you contact us by filling out one of the forms provided on our website and when you subscribe our newsletter, the PD your provide are automatically stored on our Mailchimp House of June subscription list. Your information is retained in electronic form only. We do not keep a paper copy of your PD.

How do we protect your PD?

As we collect, process and store your PD on Mailchimp, we rely on its service to protect your PD. According to Mailchimp Privacy Policy section D. Our security, Mailchimp take appropriate and reasonable technical and organizational measure to protect your PD from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. How can you update your PD? And, can you revoke your consent for using your PD?

You can always update your PD by either click "update your preference" on the email we send to you or contact us directly by emailing us at In addition, you can always revoke your consent for us to use your PD by unsubscribe . In such case, you will no longer receive any email communications from us.

Are we allowed to receive EU data?

Our website is hosted by Squarespace and the PD information collected from our website is collected, processed and stored using Mailchimp.

  • Squarespace has self-certified to the EU-US and Swiss-US Privacy Shield, which allows Squarespace to lawfully transfer EU and Swiss personal data to the US, including to its US-based data centers. You can read more about Squarespace’s Privacy Shield certifications here.

Our main website,, is hosted on the Squarespace platform. We have disabled Squarespace  activity log. This means that Squarespace can not store the visitors' activity information such as date, time, IP address, referee, browser version and operating system. Upon entering our main website, you are presented with a Cookie Alert message locating on the top of website. By accepting, you consent to the use of such cookies from Squarespace. If you choose not to accept the Cookie Notification message, no cookies will be placed on your computer, and this data will not be tracked. In such case, depending on the browser you use, you might not be able to fully experience our website as it was intended as some features on might not be fully functional.

Our website uses tracking software provided by Google Analytics to monitor its visitors to better understand how they use it. Google Analytics will save a cookie placed to your computer's hard drive in order to track and monitor your engagement and usage of our website, but we do not use Google Analytics to save or collect PD that can be used to identify you as a unique individual person. Facebook Visitor Action Pixel

We use the “visitor action pixels” from Facebook Inc (1 Hacker Way, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA, or, if you are based in the EU, Facebook Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland (“Facebook”)) on our website.

CalOPPA is the first state law in the nation to require commercial websites and online services to post a privacy policy.
